 please help about my vocal problem its killing me?

ive been in many ent doctor in my throat difficulty i feels like a something stuck in my throat.some ear pain sometimes and tightness in my throat but sometimes also.they always saying that is pharyngitis or throat irritation.but i see so worry because i love singing. i see also a painful throat. 2 of my doctor's said that to perform a tonsillectomy. my question this is exclusive a pharyngitis or not? this can be a nodule or not? it can be a alteration vocal cord or not? additional information this symptoms hap every period of my chronicle in past 7 months and my singing voice doesnt change at all but some diffuculty in speaking.and parched throat when i consequence in the farewell but when i ingest water it get better

did the ENTs examine your throat with a fiberoptic scope? if they did and didnt wager a enation then you dont hit a nodule. what you are describing sounds same what we call globus, which is the sentiency of something being hung in the throat when in fact there is null there. Acid reflux and sinus evacuation are the digit most common causes of this sentiency in non-smokers. if you dont hit some other medical problems you can essay some OTC meds same prilosec and mucinex and wager if they help, but ingest them daily for at small a month because this condition is chronic and it isnt going to go away over night. if this doesnt help, or if your ENT didnt look at your throat with a fiberoptic scope, encounter another ENT and insist that they look at your larynx.
