 Lower backwards hooligan aches?

im 16, 125 lbs, and i have a pain in my lower back that i think its from benching likewise much weight. fresh my back started hurting from bench pressing 135 lbs and it hurts to bend or move my back. it feels same a muscle but im not sure, crapper anybody help me out?

sounds like a muscle strain. Ice it down and take whatever anti-inflammatory meds (OTC). After you get it to stop hurting, you requirement to add whatever back training in your routine. The stronger your back is...the more weight you will throw up.

Dude, the bench press is only supposed to change your chest and arms, I don't see how it strained your lower back sight as you're misrepresentaation down the full instance you do the excercise. And, WTH, 135 Pounds??? At your weight, I find it nearly impossible for you to pull something off like that. I'm going finished the aforementioned discompose though, not because of bench-pressing, but due to Deadlifting, ever thought that strength have been the think why you're in so much discompose right now? Search Deadlift over the net. For now, just place off the excercise and let it heal.
