I mate bmx most 4-5 times a week, and I am ever whacking my lower legs with the pegs, or on the bars or seat-post. So I hit bruising and compassionateness on my legs almost every day of the week. I do wear shin pads, but they meet prevent cuts, and absorb some of the effect of my crashes. I am wondering if there is some kind of herb, medication, or vitamins I can take to help the sanative process of bruising and compassionateness in my legs/shins..?? Thanks :) Ice sounds same a good idea, I'll give that a go, although... i DO same the sound of V P's answer... if only that cure worked. :) lol

Try swing an ice-pack on your bruises. Drink a lot of fluids and eat healthy. Nothing will rattling prevent bruises but you crapper help them heal better by getting good circulation and resting once in a while. Btw, after swing ice on it, make trusty you keep it hearty to relax it and intend better murder flow. Warmer=better murder flow. Good luck!
