It's happened to me 4 times. NOT FUN. It feels rattling sore and hornlike to bend or move. Just don't walk on it likewise much, physical therapy (as boring as it is) helps a ton because they give you these exercises that support you bend it again. Don't you dare separate on it (second time, just as painful), and it should heal in about 6-8 weeks. I'd give it 9 weeks just in case, and after be careful with it too. I got a brace and I must say, it is pretty helpful. It makes it easier to stand so you don't put so such pressure on it. Be trusty to keep your leg upraised and stay soured of it for a while. you should be able to walk within the incoming day or two, but it'll be symptom for a while. Crutches haw support too, mine wasn't that serious so I didn't need them. Just make trusty to be rattling careful and if you do go to the doctor (which I rattling recommend) be trusty to tell them how you fell on it, when it happened and all that good stuff! Good Luck and gratify don't be like me and study the doctor's orders!
