 I was doing bicep curls and I haven't done them..well it's my first time?

to actually do them and follow to a routine. now on the second period it hurts to keep my arm straight (the weaker one) it category of feels like my muscles are in pain did I debase a muscle? if so ...or even if I didn't what happened and how crapper I fix it?
