 what should you do when you have muscle pain (after excercising)?

i had PE on tuesday and it was a real work out, then when i got home i did some more exercise, today (wednesday) i've got muscle pains in my legs ( i surmisal its because my embody isn't ingest to such a workout) but i really poverty to carry on exercising everyday. shall i wait for the leg discompose to stop before doing more exercise or shall i try to do exercise ignoring the discompose but just do inferior exercise than if my legs were alryt?? (i've always had that problem but i never thought of ever actually asking anyone =/)

do an easy workout, but verify some ibuprofen first. heat, as in a shower , will also make them feel better

Hey, it's not a good idea to do any more excessive until the pain goes downbound a lowercase bit, take some ibuprofen to stop any swelling and then take a really long bath to soak the muscles. The incoming day, don't eexerciseyourself to exhaustion, meet do a lowercase that makes you impact but not uncomfortable. The incoming do the aforementioned but if you see up to it increase the amount of excercise you did yesterday but not by likewise much. Keep increasing it until you're happy. Don't over impact yourself it module only damage your muscles.
