You need to do some quick stretches every hour; they will take about 30 seconds to do, so it's not going to affect your productivity any. I ofttimes hit my patients set a kitchen timer or phone timer, or I hit them use the Outlook meeting reminder on their computer, so it pops up a reminder to do the stretches. You also need to look at your positioning at the computer. If you are working with the keyboard likewise high or with likewise much angle, then that causes unreasonable pronounce on the wrists. Your wrists should be straightforward when you work/keyboard, not bent up or strongly bent to the little finger side.
