 What happened to my foot?

I meet woke up this morning and walking on my right food normal sends a surge of discompose through my foot. This discompose seems to only be when I achievement normally, if I achievement only swing pressure on top half of my foot and toes its fine. So it staleness be something with the bottom half of my foot, but I don't know what it could be. I didn't do anything to it last night, I meet woke up and it was same this. Any thoughts?

you might have stepped on something earlier in the day..that happened to me one time. it overturned out i stepped on a broken piece of glass. Look at your measure and wager if you can see any instance bumps..because if something is lodged in there you might be able to take it out...soak your measure first though so it's softer at that end.

It could just be a nerve spasm. It happens to me sometimes, too. I never went to a doctor for it (probably drive i never told anyone, but...). You probably should, though. If you hit younger siblings, ask them if they did anything to you. Younger brother, especially. They run to be rowdy like that...

could be heal spurs. I am not sure what causes it but I have had them and so has my husband. It causes intense pain in the heal when pressure is applied. Ibuprofen is the answer. you crapper go to the doctor and they will give you a stronger motrin. It does hurt but it also goes away. beatific luck

could be heal spurs. I am not sure what causes it but I have had them and so has my husband. It causes sharp pain in the heal when pressure is applied. Ibuprofen is the answer. you crapper go to the doctor and they will give you a stronger motrin. It does hurt but it also goes away. good luck

you might hit stepped on something earlier in the day..that happened to me digit time. it turned out i stepped on a broken example of glass. Look at your measure and see if you can feel any time bumps..because if something is lodged in there you might be able to take it out...soak your measure prototypal though so it's softer at that end.
