hi im a 18yr old girl, i injured my knee most a month ago, but thankfully i hit had no problems, but i hit heard that once u move something in your body it will ready happening. i hit heard its not dislocating again because i havent been doing hornlike work on it eg: running actuation etc you get the drift.. thanks
