I heard it is advantageous to secure oneself from the arms from one of those gym machines and let the body's weight do its abstract to put all vertebrae in the correct spot again. I hit had a secondary injury, I hit raised a onerous abstract and got a lumbago. Gone to see the quiro several times now, but it doesn't seem to help a lot, I am still kind of stiff. Suggestions much appreciated.
