 Broken ankle surgery (ORIF) a assemblage ago, I still hit pain, is there any relief (details in Q)?

I had 7 screws and a plate put in my ankle 11 months past after a fall while running. I feel pain at every second of the day. I've trained and continue to run 5 miles 5 days a week. My question is, for those who had the same surgery, hit you felt relief? How? Or has anyone had the titanium taken out and felt relief? Thank you for your help!
