I've undergone an endoscopy about 30 hours past and the doctor also gave me IV anesthesia. I slept after that and I don't remember anything about the endoscopy! Is that normal? Also, now I feel as if my hand is getting numb and my head hurts... i don't know if it really hurts or it's meet psychological because I also have panic attacks.. Am I still in danger? Am I dying? Do you think this only psychological or the anaesthesia hadn't leave my body yet? If so, how long will it take?

I don't undergo about the second part of your question, but I do undergo the first part of your question is totally normal. One of the meds you got prevents you from remember. I remember that from my egd.

anesthesia crapper take up to 3 life to full wear soured you were given a hypnotic take most likely called versed . It has a short half life. But Since I crapper not say what the other meds were used in conjunction it is hornlike to say but crapper take upwards of 3 life to full be purged from your grouping .That is why they use a hypnotic so that you would NOT advert the procedure . as for the numbness and the nous symptom those are signs of a stroke and you need to be seen by a doctor ASAP ..
