I don't know about it existence passed down to you but i do know that lots of females have more articulatio problems than males... it is because our hips are wider and the thigh bone angles in toward the articulatio so the articulatio joint is not as straight... i have had articulatio problems for years that combust up when i run or roller steel caused by how my kneecap sits on my knee... dont know if that helps, i wear a stock or a band under my kneecap to help, seems to releive the pain. after working discover keep the stock on for a bit, and make trusty to cover ice cover when you are done working out....

Injuries that your parents sustained before you were born cannot be passed on to the next generation, its just a coincidence. Unless your fathers injuries are caused by a difficulty with his gait (the way his foot hits the ground when he walks) you don't have the same problem. If it is because of the way he walks, you haw (both) requirement to get orthotics to correct your walk, which will relieve the pain in your knee.

Injuries are not 'passed on' genetically. The best abstract is to go to the A&E, tell them you crapper hardly walk and they should send you to radiology to hit it X-Rayed. You haw hit chipped your kneecap when you were younger. That happened to me; most of the instance it's ok but I find it does play-up in the Winter cod to the cold weather. But an X-Ray will reveal the problem for you. Go easy.

Jess, one cannot acquire injuries that were sustained by your parents. You can acquire problems that they strength have structurally. For warning if one of your parents were knocked kneed there is a chance that you could intend that also. You didn't land what the issues were with the articulatio and in fact they strength not even be the same as your fathers. My suggestion to you is to wager a student and have them evaluate the knee. A referral to a physical expert would also be in order for they could support you with the injury. There are many techniques acquirable to them to support you. So rather than suffer intend support now and modify your problems.
