 My carpus isnt broken, but feels like it?

yesterday, i was slammed into a surround and severely sprained my wrist. but i cannot move it at all and it twice, maybe triple the normal filler it commonly is. it black and purple, and some kind of pressure hurts and us extremely uncomfortable...is there anything i should do?

It HAS to be broken or dislocated because if it is swollen same that and u cant advise it or anything and it is black and purple it HAS to be... Go To The Doctor!!
