 Is my Wrist Jammed or busted ?

ok so i do gymnastics and i have this sharp pain in my wrist ever time i put push on it. my one friend said that it strength be a diminutive break cause she had that. but every i do is a ammo off backwards handspring and regular backwards handsprings could i really have broken it ? or is it just jamed ?

it could be either one... you should really go to a doctor to get it checked out, though. and if that's not possible, put a brace on your wrist.

'Jammed' is not a medical condition I am familiar with, but if you mean dislocated then you would be in a lot of pain. You may hit a hairline fracture which would only hurt when you put pressure on it, or as there are many lowercase bones that make up your wrist, you may hit a displacement injury. Either way, an xray is required.

You may have injured your wristbone. Check for any swelling or discolouration (if it's a break you module get both and you won't be able to bend your fingers properly). My guess is a bruise and I would advise you to rest it for a while or bandage it up if you really have to do gym.
