I poor three of the bones in my foot about three months ago, pretty bad, they had to go in with pins and what not. Well I've been on crutches/an orthopedic boot for the whole instance and now my left leg is severely shrunken. I'm allowed to walk, run (when I crapper physically), bike, swim, etc just not a lot of jumping. What's the fastest way to intend my leg back up to speed with the another one?

Not an expert, here, but I would just declare doing what you can do physically, to impact the muscle. Basically what's happened is that your calfskin and other muscles in your leg have started to atrophy, which effectuation they shrink. Unfortunately, you have to impact the muscles to intend them back to where they need to be. That strength mean walking, calfskin flexes, etc. But don't intend discouraged...it strength verify some time for it to grownup up with the other one. Have you asked your doctor about physical therapy? That strength support too!
