I was inclination on my left limb and got up fast (using my left arm) i heard a click and was in pain for a bit. I can still move my left limb and see with it, but the left shoulder feels higher and different than the right one. What's wrong? Should I go to hospital?

Well if your margin was dislocated you would be in too such pain to be sitting at the computer typing this question for us to answer. If it is causing you pain, if it's swollen, or bruised then yes you should go to a infirmary and intend it checked out. Are you having extremity pain when moving the left shoulder? Can you move your left arm above your head? I declare going to your nearest walk in clinic for an evaluation.
