Today patch walking up a short set of stairs, I felt a pain in my articulatio and it gave out slightly (I don't undergo if there was a pop because I was listening to music). I went into my dorm shack and proceeded to sit downbound for about an hour and a half, so I didn't notice any change in my articulatio at that time. When I stood up, my articulatio felt rattling weird. It supports me just fine, and it doesn't hurt unless I essay to hair it firmly, but it feels nearly like something has shifted. The Atlantic just below my articulatio cap feels odd, and that's where the sensation is coming from. I don't undergo if this is swelling or what. My roommate insists that I hit torn a tendon in my knee, but I don't see how I could hit done this just walking up a couple of stairs. Also, I hit no pain when walking normally. The exclusive instance it hurts is when I essay to hair it rattling firmly. Anybody undergo what's up?

I am not sure completely of what has happened, but you strength hit whatever changeful inside your knee. I've experienced it, and the pain is kind of weird. If the pain is around your knee cap, the changeful is around the cushioned area. You strength be bruising whatever variety of bone. The pain module go away around a few weeks, but you should not separate too much or else it module get worse. It module go away like how a bruise would ordinarily go away. It module hurt for a while if you bend it but dont worry. good luck.
