if you touch it it's really firm. so, i'm trusty it's infected but what do you conceive i should do- i've already taken out the earring and clean it with peroxide.. i'm worried that it because i got this done at claire's (i know, dumb.) it meet will never fully heal

Take it discover and get it redone by a professional piercer. If the angle's wrong, it will never fully heal.
