this is my 6th year of football and this has exclusive fresh started.every time i verify a hit with my mitt shoulder there is a sharp pain in the render and it hurts to displace my arm.it usually exclusive last for a pair minutes and i don't really think anything is wrong but i desired some advice to know if i should just not worry about it, which I'm already doing, or go wager a doctor/athletic trainer.

yes! if this has been long then you need 2 c a docter it could be somthing a asimple as a torn muscle to a hyper exted ligement hell to a chip in you shoulder muscle but if you dont want 2 c 1 then rest a couple life and ice it.

Go to the doctors you may hit just pulled or bruised the render and the contant wokring is not helping or worse you could hit a chip of bone in the render do go and permit them see whats wrong thats what they are there for to help when your not sure otherwise we'de all be doctors

Pain is the bodies way of telling you something is wrong. I would center to your body if I were you. It will not untruth to you. Your body haw meet requirement a rest to ameliorate or it haw requirement much more to heal. But digit thing is for trusty if you continue to make it perceive in that digit spot and choose to ignore your bodies warning signs you will damage yourself far worse than it is right now. Good Luck.
