Okay,I got my gristle periced on the 30th of January! And it still hurts when i touch the top of my ear! and when i clean it,it hurts!! What should i do?

ur embody is just taking its instance heal. cartilage hurts for longer/takes longer to ameliorate than say just piercing ur ear lobe where it is simply softER tissue. (cartilage is not 'hard' tissue) it would take more than 3 weeks to stop hurting. just relax, dont stress. even new ear lobe piercings ease hurt for weeks after. unless you have an infection. its cushy for cartilage to intend infected. just make trusty ur getting ur vitaminds/minerals. ur embody will ameliorate itself. consult the place (or friend) u got ur cartilage pierced at to intend another professed opinion. or consult ur mother/father, if its appropriate.

I have digit piercings on my cartilage, and it does take a while to heal. I think it was 3 months before it wasn't painful anymore. But the meliorate you clean it, the less its hurts, because then it heals faster! The prototypal one got infected because whatever of my hair twisted around the earring. The only abstract I can declare is keeping it really clean. You belike already knew that but I wish it helps.

when i had my ears done like that i was tender for about 2 months. its quite normal! keep it decent and you should be good! if you feel that its too sore after a LONG time, then take the earring out and wager a doctor. :)
