 What could be wrong with my hand?

Earlier today I was streaming downbound a hallway and I slipped and hit my hand on a surround rattling hard. Now it is extremely expanded and it just looks like a round ball compared to my another hand. My knuckles are purple and expanded as well. I can nearly close my hand completely into a mitt but it hurts badly and it feels super tight. I can advise my fingers substantially they just attain my hand burn rattling bad when I advise them. I'm not trusty what's wrong, I conceive I just bruised it. What do you think? Does it sound too bad? Thanks.
