I scraped my backwards bodyboarding about threesome years past , i dropped down onto the bottom of the wave and my legs stretched up towards my head and as this happened the wave poor on my legs actuation them even harder forward , i heard a crack. My lower backwards was really painful and executing the day it happened and my parents said it should come correct by itself so i dont requirement to go to the doctor. After a few life the pain started to go away and the discomort went away after a few months. Also about a year and a half after i was snowboarding and did a jump but lost my balance and ended up landing on my tail bone on really hard snow,it jolted me pretty bad and i nearly felt same fainting. My tailbone was painful for just over a week. Can backwards problems be immobile ,or is it not worth going and getting an x -ray.And if there were anything criminal with it what would it most likely be? fractured vertebrae or shut disk or something?

John, That sounds same a pretty nasty injury. It is belike a round issue. I conceive you can mend it yourself. Here's how: - Basic Cobra Pose (based on Cobra Yoga Pose): Lay face down on a mat. Arms by your sides palms down. Keep your face down with your chin near your dresser and lift your upper body up with your backwards muscles. - Lean over so your thighs touch your dresser before you set down. You'll be on a different part of your lowermost when you sit. Sit on that part of your lowermost every time you sit. - Never lift with your backwards - always with your legs (if your legs aren't brawny enough then do whatever leg workouts) Do this stuff regularly and things will fall backwards into place. There are other things you can do and I undergo a great resource for boost investigation. I will place a link below so you can dig deeper. Good luck ditching this backwards pain, John
