question about my backwards gratify help!? im 13 and i did dead lifts and squats tuesday, and every sense my backwards has symptom very bad. Some examples normally i can stretch such as standing up and bending over to touch my toes, and sitting down i could have my legs Straight out and touch them that way to. But my point is ,is that i can incurvation up the ball at football practice when somone fumbles. i can barely even place my shoes digit in the Morning... can someone gratify help and verify me what is criminal i requirement help bad gratify help.

i think it strength be your back plates those are very earnest it could modify your sports for good. tell your parents right absent and go to an orthopaedic doctor asap! cover and heat every day!! btw im 13 and iv had it before the poorest that could happen is the requirement for surgery but likely you module just half to wear a back stock for a pair weeks no big deal!

I think you should definitely go to the doctor. My someone had a fracture back. My another someone had a pronounce fracture in her back. They are both gymnasts. They said they they were in discompose a lot and that even at home it hurt. You strength have a pronounce fracture. Does it hurt when you sit in a chair? If it does then that strength be expanded disks. I'm sorry this isn't good information but I wish I hoped a little.
