I accidently ripped off some of my wound with a razor. How do I keep it from getting infected?

 I accidently ripped off some of my wound with a razor. How do I keep it from getting infected?

I wasn't much skin but it bled for hours.I place triple antibiotic on it and place a large fix on it but I don't want it to intend infected. Should I leave off the fix so it crapper intend some air or should I leave the fix on? (I am scared of staph and MRSA)

Don't vexation so much. Dont place a bandaid on it. Let it get lots of air and clean it if it looks dirty, but usually when I do this I dont place anything on it or do anything to it, and it heals fine without some scar.
