 Getting a effort tomorrow, threw up last instance I got one... advice on how to prevent this?

Last time I got a shot I passed out, then threw up. IDK how to ready this from happening. Any advice?

well it measured like you were afraid so that's probably why you passed out and the throwing up was most probable a side change so there's no serving that

Eat before you go but don't take a lot. Just enough to satisfy you. That way, you shouldn't pass out but you won't have filled yourself to the vomiting point, either. Hope this helps.
