 Twisted my ankle, other than going to the doctor, any home remedies?

fell flat on my grappling and twisted my ankle really bad tuesday night, been swing cover on it, keeping it wrapped up patch at impact (retail defence up a lot) started swing heat to it, still aches. any helpful suggestions, home remedies?

ice for an hour , heat for 20mins . keep it eluvated , pain medication every 4 hours
