 How to heal a bruise on a sensitive spot?

I lapse off my bike yesterday and my i hurt the lateral of my vagina. I don't conceive I hurt something serious but I would like to know how to relieve the pain and remove this bruise....please help? Thanks

Nothing you crapper do another than if you are opinion really brave place a cold pack on it to reduce any swelling. The wound will go downbound in its possess time and will stop hurting soon enough.
