 I think I really messed up my arm?

About a week ago I lapse on it pretty hard it perceive reallllllly bad right then. But I walked it off and just category of ignored it. Now it ease hurts, not as bad though. It hurts to move my fingers and I slope lift as such as normal and I ease have a rhythmical pain in it. I dont think is broken...of course I dont really know. the pain is in the middle of my forward arm

It's probably sprained. I sprained my limb and that's what it change same so yeah..

if it is the region of the crowning of your forearm and to the back, that would be the ulnar cheek (funny bone) most likely, not trusty though, if it was me id be healthy to verify if it was that nerve, but thats what it sounds like.
