 What should I do with the wound in my leg?

Recently, while leaving a bar someone stabbed me in the leg. It isn't anything too bad, just same a 2 inch blade in my handicap for a week. It wasn't too bad at first but now my handicap is purple/red and really becoming hornlike to walk on. Should I just ignore it and permit it heal up or try attractive it discover with a butter wound and whatever lotion?

i think u nned to get it out but not by our consciousness u need to go to the doctors so they crapper tell if you have an infection or if your muscule is torn and what not
