 What did i do to my ankle?

Okay, so i've had peroneal redness for a year and a half now, and yesterday, i pronounceable my ankle in a pothole practicing for Marching Band. The discompose was starting to dull, but today it hurts worse than it did before. I crapper achievement on it, but it hurts in the same place. Did i make the redness flare up again, or did i sprain my ankle, or something else?

you will belike requirement an X-Rayed to tell you what's wrong, as there is no sure way to know what's criminal with your ankle without opinion it or having it X-Rayed... please see your doctor....
