I just went to volleyball camp for 4 days, and ever since then it's been hurting. A pair days later, I went camping in the woods at a concert and was dancing when someone stepped on my toe and made it ten nowadays worse. My toe was bruised before under and around the toe nail, but now after that concert, it's puffy as well, and even the slightest touch makes it hurt. I can curve it, so I don't conceive it's broken, but I can't understand why it'd be so swollen if only a part of it is bruised.

You might want to have a doctor take a look at it to wager if you might have a offense fracture or something. It's always beatific to play it safe than sorry. That last thing you'd want to hap is for you to ignore it and later in life find out your toe was broken inside and it became aquiline or damaged and can't be immobile because you permit it go for too long.

it most probably an unhealthy toe-nail...everyone gets them if i was you, (and if it definitely is a unhealthy toenail) go to a doctors <3
