So, about 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 weeks. I had an accident where I had too such on my bar while doing margin presses, and I ran backwards with weight on me. So if you can envisage my backwards was like a 1 but not really straight as the no.1 curves. So after that my backwards had a little tingly hurting feeling which didn't really hurt but felt strained. So I put ice on it for digit weeks and I intellection it was meliorate drive I had no more pain. So, I went to the gym again, and I did deadlifts and I stopped after maybe 20 and it started hurting. So, What I'm asking today is Do I have permanent damage? Will my backwards get stronger? How long till it heals? How can I help? Best and Fastest Answer Gets Best Answer

could take six months to heal from what you describe, force it and you could end up in a wheelchair, see an orthopedist, even better try to see a doctor that works for an NFL team they really know what they are doing
