I lapse & hurt my correct wrist, again. Is there anything I can do? Is there anything a doctor could do?

I hit a hip difficulty that sometimes messes with my balance and I fell today, straight down on my butt, and put my right hand behind me and landed palm on the ground. I was in a Target, so I bought a nice carpus stock that holds my hand straight, which is rattling serving with the pain, but other than ibuprofen and epsom lotion, is there anything I can do at home for this? If I went to my doctor, would she be able to do anything more than feature "Go Home, ready the stock on, and don't move it too much"? It doesn't perceive all that bad, but it does hurt... I'm not glaring but I'm TOTALLY in requirement of this brace. The incentive is that the stock actually helps me ingest my computer mouse. Sigh... Always a silver lining, right? Thanks for the support ???? wid?w! I revalue it! This is the ordinal instance in 2 years I've fallen and slammed my wrist, but last time, I was out of town visiting family so I couldn't wager my doctor. This instance I did it in my neighborhood and could wager my own student if requirement be. I don't conceive it is swollen... It 'Stings' on the inside if I move it around but otherwise, it is just sore and I can't put pressure on it. (Which sucks because I requirement to ingest my hands to get up off the couch due to my aforementioned hip problem. Sigh...) Thank you for the advice! I'll put an cover pack on it now, ready the stock on it for a few days, and ready rubbing in the epsom lotion.

Try to meet immobilize it same your doing, you might want to ice it for a bit as well. Rest it as such as possible!! The doctor would feature go home unless you broke it which it doesn't seem same you have. You pretty such hit the right idea, so not such else to verify you! Feel better!
