ok i hit a wall with a hat over my hand, i felt a little pain, i went up stairs and unerect my carpus and i got like a actuation pain up my wrist, i crapper move it all and there is no symptom as of still :L what could it be!!! please help!! thanks best answer 10 points What should i do with it???? please help

Do not move your wrist, ready it steady and in digit place. I would rest it and if you have an ace bandage twine it and put ice on it on for 20 minutes/off for 20 minutes. Sounds like a sprain but there's no artefact of knowing unless you get x-rays. I would go to the er if it continues to hurt.
