Okay Im in cross-country and I tripped on over my possess feet and I fell downbound and hit my nous rattling hornlike on the objective and when I got up I had this strike and it was rattling hornlike then I change above my strike and my skull was fleecy and squishy I do not undergo if you call your skull squishy but my nous was so im figuring I hit my nous sooo hornlike (literally rattling hard) and it caused my skull to be fleecy and squishy. My strike is located on the right side of my nous just a few centimeters away from the crowning of my head. And the strike is hard. My fleecy and squishy skull is on crowning of my nous a few centimeters away from the bump. Will I need surgery? But I had no symptoms the only abstract I had was I change dizzy once I fell and then I change same I needed to throw up but other than that Im opinion fine. Im not opinion dizzy or feel same throwing up but ever since I hit my nous I hit been confused with the time and date. Sorry this is so long. Im not making this up this haw sound fake but its not I swear.

You should go to the doctor! Head injuries could be serious (i dont mean to anxiousness you but its true). You might have a concussion, but definately go to the doctor.

you NEED to go to the ER...you hit a concussion and the terminal concussion i had a waited for the next period and the doctor said i got serendipitous i should hit went in rite away...i had a hemorrhage and i also had a soft blot on my nous and it still is soft dirt this period and also had the aforementioned symptoms as you along with also short term blackout (i didnt know what happened i dont remember anything about that period and the next period is a little blurry....go to the ER rite away a untreated concussion can lead to death
