Ok so backwards in 2007, patch i was in P.E. doing a split, i hurt my left knee. I rattling don't undergo how to vindicate because i don't speak english fluently, but the bones of my knee touched and i was hurt pretty intense and i had to be taken to the hospital, they put ligatures all over my leg and they told me that i should stay at home for 2 weeks, or more i don't rattling remember. But i didn't, i think by the fifth period i decided to go backwards to school, of course i wasn't fully healed. By the end of the prototypal period i could just advise my leg. But yeah i continuing to do it and i was fine until today. Today i went to the beach with some cousins and my sister, the waves were strong, i rattling don't undergo how but patch i was leaning on that leg i change the bones moving again, but this time they went backwards to their place correct after. It's hurting a taste and im afeard to advise my leg, should i go see a doctor, or am i going to be fine?

I assume you dislocated your knee. After the first one, the ligaments in the joint becomes slightly looser. If it popped right back in, you shouldn't have to vexation about it. Prevent some lineage for a week or so, if it swells and starts to hurt, then go see a doctor.

what your explaining by the bones agitated is dislocating your knee...the first instance did they hit to put it back in? this instance you said it went back in by itself correct? my articulatio has been dislocating and subluxing (partial dislocation it goes back in by it self) for 4 years know and i hit a brace that my student prescribed and it holds the articulatio cap in place and makes the articulatio more stable and it helps a lot i recommend going to the doctor
