 I sprained my ankle. Now what?

I sprained my ankle about 3 weeks past and it is ease extremely painful. I slope put coefficient on it or any pressure. Its so swollen, it "spills" over my shoe, and it tingles. I have a sharp, shooting pain on the side of my measure and up my ankle. what should i do?

Whatever you do, do not go against your body's tendency to act protectively towards your ankle (you limping).

go to the dr. you might need an ankle splint stay off of it and elevate it
