so there i was at the top of the stairs at school talking to my friends and all of a sudden this chick runs and tackles me to the bottom (only 6 steps) at i landed on my back. i covered my face when she tryed to impact me so when i got the chance as i got up i punched her rattling hornlike then slammed her head on the rail, apparently she got knocked out and her friend got sooo pissed and she was pretty bounteous so she ran and meet smacked or punched (idk how meet somehow with her hand) and i go to the floor and my head is meet ringing inside! so i got up and correct when i did the personnel slammed my face in the wall (not that hard, but still perceive ya know) to handcuff me ,and so when i got bag its worse. its rattling onerous to smile, and hurts meet a little now, but it feels like a ball is there. i got sus. for a hebdomad so it should go away by then right? do i place heat or cover idk? never been smaceked before ha thanks,

Ice and then a warm rag.. the swelling will go away and it will help with the pain. Use witch tree for some bruising.

elevate ur head (so jsut dont lie downbound every the way unless ur gona sleep) and put cover arrange on it also possibly take sum ibuprofen
