 how to fix a crowded finger?

i can not curve it all the way and it doesen't perceive when i curve it. its swollen a lowercase bit, it happended during basket ball the basket ball slammed into the tip of my index digit and i don't know what to do! gratify help me out, and gratify move fast are there some kind of exersizes or activities to heal it, i know it won't go absent the second i intend it ( i got it today) but is there anything more i can do likewise ice

You could put some ice on it if you want....but honestly when I wad my finger I just deal with it, and it goes away in a day or two.

As Micheal said, your just gonna have to permit it separate its course, there is no way to immediately heal a jammed finger, but iceing does help to turn swelling, which will make it a lowercase easier to move
