okay so this Morning i got up out of bed opinion fine. i yawned and stretched my blazonry then i heard a pop in my back and my bunk back right under my shoulder steel close to my spine is in so such pain . I tried to debase whatever more to see if i cold pop it back into locate but nothing worked. Does this sounds same a broken rib of whatever sort?

Not necessarily. It could be a pulled muscle in your back. If the pain goes on too long, then you would need to wager the doctor.
