 Alright to train with a pulled muscle?

I have tried to rest but it does not work, it hurts only when I touch the hooligan and only little when I run. It is my portion hooligan It does not affect my mobility rattling much, is it ok to train, run and so on?

NO NEVER exercise when you already pulled something you are just going to damage it further and it will take longer to heal since you cant do anything for now then just try dieting
