I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder? When I move my arm in a certain way my whole arm from my margin to my hand goes numb. I know it's a pinched nerve in my margin because I crapper feel the tenseness there. My discourse is: Should I go to a chiropractor or to a message therapist Or, is there something I crapper do as a home remedy?

Really, before you go anywhere please try this to see what it does for you. Sit in a straight chair and raise your mitt limb up above your head as broad as you can. Note the height achieved, rest the limb and now do the same with the right. You will notice that one limb went up higher than the other so you are going to start with the limb that went up the highest first. Raise that limb above your head as broad and hornlike as you crapper for 30 seconds and then rest it for 15 seconds. Repeat this cycle twice more and then do the same on the opposite limb 3 times. Now invoke your head to the mitt as farther as it will go and state the endpoint then do the same to the right. You are going to find that one direction rotates further so start in the direction that rotates the furthest. Turn in that direction as farther and hornlike as you crapper for 30 seconds and then rest it for 15 seconds. Repeat this twice more and then do the same to the opposite direction 3 times. Now move the limb around and see how it feels. There should be less pain and more mobility present. Do these movements binary nowadays a day.
