 Is my wrist broken or sprained?

The another day my football coach (played professionally) kicked a football ball fairly hard... it curved a little slammed into my carpus the next morning it was swollen and bruised it has been two life now and is the same. I cannot displace it up very much at all and cannot advise it very well... do conceive it could be broken? I hit never broken this carpus so would that attain modify more possible? Kimberly- Thank you... It does feel worse, but its in a different part than i normally break, normally i break my right carpus on the side with my pinky. This time this is on my left nearby my thumb and palm of hand. I talked to my trainer and he told to intend an x-ray, so i believe i will do so, i meet didnt want to go if it wasnt a break or anything. Thanks again.

If its busted or fractured, you'd be healthy to feel it poking against your flesh. Maybe its an internal flesh wound, or yes, meet a sprain.

If it's broken or fractured you wouldn't be healthy to see it poking against your skin. It sounds same you poor your other wrist before. Does it see the same as your first break? And no, that doesn't make it more possible. It may be a hairline fracture, it may be a sprain... use your best judgement. Is it painful enough to be a break?
