Hello a while back i got mad at someone and i kick something that was really solid and i had severe pains in my big toe and the drive came off, i couldn't achievement that well because i couldn't put pressure on my toe and my toe perceive for a daylong time after and it swelled up! lol i might of sprained it or jammed it lol

If you can still curve it, it's not broken. If you can't, it is! I undergo because I poor my pinky toe awhile back. There rattling isn't anything they can do either. You meet gotta wait it out :/ Sucks!! Good luck man

It's not a sprain. You either broke it or dislocated the joint. Try not to do that again! The more you injure your toes the more they smite in your later years. It is very easy to break your toes and the clappers in your feet. Usually they just heal on their own, but not without consequences later on. Again, be careful. Take beatific care of your feet and they will continue to take beatific care of you.

more than likely you just jammed it, or its a tendon problem. use the RICE method, Rest Ice Compression and Elevation, for a few days. if not better by then, see a doctor ASAP!
