Hi, Im 13, 14 this month. ;ast night at gymnastics i was doing a round off backwards flip backsumi. And in the middle of my backwards sumi i freaked out and landed on my shoulder/back. I got up farely quickly and tryed to do a handspring but i couldn't so i told my coach and she said "just motion it about and it will be fine" after that it got really painful so i went to the toilets and started glaring it was that sore. After a while we were doing front sumi's and we were effort supported for some and she asked me to go essay digit so i went over and well you had to run and do it and when i moved that arm (left) and stretched up it hurt really bad. So i stopped and now a day after it is still very sore. i wriggled it about and its starting to get discompose at the very very top of my backwards but not as much as my shoulder. Could there be anything wrong ? If yeah what ? What shall i do ? Thanks, xx

Pain in margin on movement can be cod to some injury to either margin muscles same stretch or cod to tear. But it is arduous to precisely explain about your condition on gain so I would advice an orthopedic consultation and physiotherapy (if required) for comely diagnosis and treatment.
