 What's criminal with my shoulder and how do i fix it?

Okay so i'm a clutz. the other period in field hockey training we were doing the bear crawl and my feet were moving faster than my hands. every of my weight was on my left shoulder and it made a pop noise and kinda.. went into the socket. now it hurts when ever i put slight push on it or if I raise my arm above my head. there is no apparent alteration that can be seen from the outside. If you have any ideas, let me know please. thank you, Lauren
