 Why is ankle hurting!?

Ok. So I play earth hockey and ride horses. When ever I'm finished playing earth hockey and come home my ankle is expanded and bruised. Over period the swelling and bruising goes away but then when I walk for a lil patch it hurts again! I went to the doctor once and he said it's weak. Do you think there is more there?

more than probable a minor turn or a strained tendon/ligament. null major, just go easy on it for a week or so :)
