I almost tripped on a baby receipts (my correct measure hooked on the top) but my hands were full so I couldn't do anything most it correct away. My betrothed took the clog from my hands and at that time my measure let go from the receipts and fell HARD (top side) on a hard plastic container. I hit the crowning of my foot, nearby my 4th drive (near the baby toe) and it almost took my breath away. Almost correct away, my ball of my measure was tender in that general area, which was a little concerning since I hit the crowning of the foot, not the bottom. I went to the ER (urgent care was closed) and they took x-rays and said it was meet bruised. This was this past Saturday. It's today 1 hebdomad after (Saturday) and my foot, while feels a little better, still hurts. The discompose is more generalized, involving the whole measure instead of meet that area. My son accidentally sat on it on the couch, where it's actual soft and so the push he place on my measure was minimal, and I couldn't bear the pain. The bruising is almost gone. I'm wondering if I should go back in for more x-rays or if it's possible that I meet injured the area actual bad and it's feat to take more than a hebdomad to heal. I'm a nursing enrollee and I hit 2 back-to-back clinicals days on Thursday and Friday, and collection on weekday and Tuesday, so I'm feat to be on my feet quite a bit. I'm concerned, and I'm not sure what to do.

If you can walk on it with little or no pain, ice it at period and keep it up when you're relaxing around the house. If not, schedule another doctor's appointment.

Take advil or whichever you prefer on schedule (every 4 hrs) before it crapper wear off and the discompose starts up again. Ice it and stay off it as much as possible. You haw want to try wrapping it on your clinical days. It haw still be swollen inside, pressing on a nerve. If so, it will take a few more days or a week for the internal swelling to go away. You haw have bruised the nerve directly. This crapper take weeks to heal. I would more suspect this, since you had referred discompose almost immediately in the ball of your foot. In the evening, soak in the warmest liquid you crapper stand.
