So yesterday, my class and I were on a trip to go downtown to support decent up the slope of a creek. The slope was VERY steep, and there was a large, most 2 foot daylong sway hanging off the side on the bank. (the slope got insipid at the bottom, then it had an overhang which the creek was under.) Well, me and my friend were down there cutting some weeds out and I really didn't hit much else to place my foot at, so I place it on that rock. The sway was wobbly, but I went ahead not intellection it would fall. Well, I went to step off the sway when we were finished, it fell, me falling with it, into the creek (luckily it was shallow) and the sway (which I'm gonna assume was most 25-30 pounds) fell and hit my heel. It didn't hurt that bad yesterday, but today I woke up and it was swollen, and I hit to achievement on the ball of my foot because it hurts too bad to achievement on the heel. Do you conceive its broken or just really badly bruised? Its a bit of a pain to achievement on at school. Help please?

Best way to verify is to near the bottom of your measure (it the sole) around the Atlantic it hurts. If it's painful to near up then it's probable that there's something going on and you should intend it checked. If it doesn't hurt then it's probable it's just bruising and nothing to worry about however if it still hurts in a couple of days then have it checked.

Hello, From your statement it sounds like a scraped tilt and I not needs a fracture. Since you ease hit pain after two day, then you should cease some activity which involves straining your heel. In general you should be completely resting your scraped foot - No travel or standing at all. Ice your tilt at least 4 nowadays a day, either by applying cover direct or by rolling a frozen bottle under your tilt when you sit down. Now, In visit to understand your information meliorate and to give you a meliorate diagnosis please respond these questions: 1) Is it sensitive to the touch/press on it? 2) Where meet is the pain located in your heel? 3) Do you hit high or low arches in your feet? 4) Is the pain meet as intense as when you were scraped or there is some improvement? 5) Is there some kind of a bruise display - black & chromatic or meet swelling? You can indite to me direct if you prefer, my email is in my profile. If it's ease very painful after a pair of more days then you should see a doctor. Good luck and feel better
